1. Approved Payment Methods

Kooty website offers several payment methods, and the available payment methods are displayed to the customer during the order completion process. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

  • Electronic payment via approved payment gateways

  • Any other payment methods approved by Kooty management in the future

Kooty reserves the right to add or remove any payment method without prior notice.


2. Currency

  • All payments are made in Iraqi Dinar unless otherwise stated.

  • If prices are displayed in another currency, the final approved price will be what appears during the payment process.


3. Payment Confirmation

  • The order is not considered confirmed until the payment process is successfully completed.

  • If the payment process fails for any reason, the order will not be processed or shipped.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the success of the payment process before leaving the payment page.


4. Electronic Payment

5. Cash on Delivery

  • If the Cash on Delivery option is available, the customer is obligated to pay the full amount upon receipt of the order.

  • Kooty reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Cash on Delivery option for certain regions or orders at its discretion.

  • In case of unjustified refusal to receive the order, Kooty has the right to suspend the customer's account or cancel the Cash on Delivery feature in the future.


6. Additional Fees

  • Additional fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method or shipping company.

  • Any additional fees will be clearly communicated to the customer before completing the payment process.

  • Kooty is not responsible for any fees imposed by banks or payment service providers.


7. Payment Errors

  • In case of a technical error during the payment process, please contact customer service immediately.

  • Kooty is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer.


8. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

  • In case of an incorrect deduction or a duplicate payment, the case will be reviewed and the amount refunded according to approved procedures.

  • The refund process may take several business days depending on the payment service provider.


9. Suspicious Cases

  • Kooty reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of suspicion of fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method.

  • Additional information may be requested from the customer to verify the payment process.


10. Order Cancellation Due to Payment

  • If payment is not completed within the specified period, Kooty has the right to automatically cancel the order.

  • Kooty is not responsible for order cancellation due to delayed or failed payment.
