Kooty is not responsible for any fees imposed by banks or payment service providers.

7. Payment Errors

In case of a technical error during the payment process, please contact customer service immediately.
Kooty is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer.

8. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

In case of an incorrect deduction or a duplicate payment, the case will be reviewed and the amount refunded according to approved procedures.

9. Suspicious Cases
