  • Delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days within Iraq.


4. Shipping Companies

  • Kooty works with approved local shipping companies.

  • Kooty is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company after the order has been handed over to them.

  • In case of a delivery problem, the shipping company will be contacted to attempt resolution.


5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on:

6. Shipping Address

  • In case a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the re-shipping costs.

  • The customer must verify the integrity of the order upon receipt.

  • In case of apparent damage or missing products, the shipping company must be informed immediately, and Kooty must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Failure to report within the specified period will be considered acceptance of the order in its current state.


8. Delay or Non-Receipt

  • If delivery of the order is not possible due to the customer's absence or lack of response, the order may be cancelled or returned.

  • The customer will bear any additional fees resulting from re-delivery.


9. Force Majeure

  • Kooty is not liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control such as:

    • Weather conditions

    • Security conditions

    • Government decisions

    • Natural disasters


10. Modifying or Cancelling Orders Before Shipment

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled before shipment, depending on the order status.

  • After the order has been handed over to the shipping company, it cannot be modified or cancelled.


11. Kooty's Responsibility

  • Kooty's responsibility for the order ends upon handing it over to the shipping company.

  • Kooty will continue to support the customer in tracking the order with the shipping company when needed.
